Dorian Todd
Dorian Todd is an actor, writer and director whose filmmaking also encompasses editing, composition and visual effects.
He co-directed Mr Whispers with Seumas MacNeil and Oliver Revie, and co-wrote the screenplay with MacNeil. Set around a derelict cinema, the found-footage feature explores local trauma and the stories a community leaves buried.
Todd is developing Meow! as his solo feature directing debut for The B-Team, following his collaborative directing work. Its 1990s pursuit-horror premise concerns teenagers hunted by an elusive cat-like creature. His acting in Black Chariot and The Reign of Queen Ginnarra informs an approach centred on character, performance and theatrical invention.
